A: We are in full cooperation with all safety measures as directed by Riverside County Health department. A: All owners and employees are required to have completed Food Manager Safety and Food Handlers certification as required by the Riverside County Health Department.

Q: Will MJB’s BBQ ever have another brick and mortar location?
A: Yes. As soon as we are able to secure a “good” location. Location is EVERYTHING!
Q: Why are you only open 3 days per week from 11am-4pm.
A: Long story short…this is a part time venture for us because we LOVE food. During the week we wear different hats…you’d be surprised.
Q: Do you sell out?
A: Yep! Every single day. At least you know that the food is made fresh daily.
Q: What are you using to smoke your meats?
A: Hardwood on a off-set standard smoker. If you know…you know.
